At Golden Circle LIVE!, you'll find the welcome mat is out for individual visitors, special interest groups, tourists, school children, students and shoppers.

Tours operate Monday to Friday between 9.00am and 1.30pm. Tour and meal packages can be arranged. Bookings essential.

Dress Requirements

Workplace health and safety regulations demand a strict dress code for factory tours. Visitors arriving in inappropriate attire will not be permitted to take the tour.

The regulations require sleeved shirts (no singlet tops), no open shoes (this includes sandals and thongs), and no jewellery (including watches and rings). You will be required to wear a hair and/or beard net, which will be provided.

Children

Children under seven are not permitted on factory tours due to workplace health and safety regulations. Children aged 7-14 must be accompanied by an adult. Proof of age will be required.

Other Restrictions

No cameras, video recorders, mobile phones, pagers or bags of any type may be taken into the factory. No food or drink, including tea, coffee and chewing gum, may be consumed during the tour. Smoking is also prohibited.

The Golden Circle LIVE! gallery, factory outlet, theatre and Circle Café are all wheelchair accessible. Unfortunately, the factory is not.
